Ford Receives Top Marks in New Retail Brand Study

A new study released by Cox Automotive and Automotive News recently name Ford as valedictorian when it comes to delivering core brand attributes relevant to helping a dealer succeed.

The study measured and compared six areas of brand performance including:

  • The ability to capture customers who are likely to buy
  • Providing a wide range of offerings
  • Delivering fresh products
  • Amount of digital traffic
  • Customer loyalty
  • Positive customer attitudes regarding reputation, durability, affordability, and safety
  • Geographic Consistency of Market Share
  • OEM Mandates and Restrictions

"Ford tallied four A's and two A-minuses and collected enough bonus points to outrank Toyota at the top of the nonluxury ranking."
