My name is Andy C. and I am a Division Supervisor for Wright Tree Service in the Southeast U.S. Our Fleet Manager, Kevein F. gave me your contact information so that I might be able to write to you and express my appreciation of the quality safety features that are going into the 2010 F-150 pickup.
On September 24th, I was working near Gainesville, Florida and had become ill that morning. I was just about done with work that day but apparently became sick again while driving down a 2 lane state highway. According to the first responders, I had blacked out and veered into oncoming traffic. I ran head-on into a tractor trailer hauling limestone heading the opposite direction. My injuries were quite severe and I was life-lined to Shands Hospital in Gainesville. I was in there for 6 days and went through 2 surgeries to repair my femur which broke into nearly 20 pieces and broken hip. Other than that, I only suffered some additional lacerations on my face and chest. However, once you look at the pictures you are going to wonder how I made it out of that truck alive at all.
I have come to the conclusion of 2 factors. 1) I am a man of faith and it simply was not my time to go and 2) Ford builds a superior truck with safety features that allow people involved in the worst accidents to survive. I submitted my story to the Ford website but I want to make sure that those involved in the engineering of these safety features get the credit they deserve. Would you be so kind as to pass this along so that it may reach the appropriate people?
It has been one-month since the accident and my doctors tell me I will make a full recovery and I hope to be walking by Christmas and I only have Ford to thank for that!

Dear Ford Country,
I was at your dealership on July 16th to look at a used Ford Mustang. The salesperson Elie Larage, I hope I spelled his name right, greeted me when I arrived. At first I was a little afraid of getting attacked by the "Typical Sales Vultures" you usually run into at car dealers. So I was a bit standoffish when Elie first approached me. After just spending 5 minutes with your Elie I began to feel that something was a little different at your place. I literally felt like I was shopping for a $300,000 car and not a $20,000 vehicle. This guy new his stuff and I was looking forward to having him show me the Mustang I was looking for. As soon as we found the car with the options I was looking for, GT, Convertible, Candy Red, stick shift, leather seats and the upgraded stereo :), the rest of my time spent with Elie at your dealership was smooth and stress free.
I LOVE MY CAR!!!
THANKS!
